THE CREATION PROCESS

SELECTION
A proprietary blend of freshly-harvested almonds are shipped from family-owned farms in California to our distillery space in Brooklyn, NY.

MACERATION
The almonds are then carefully macerated, steeped in stainless steel vats of distilled neutral cane spirit until the exact profile has been achieved.

RELAXATION
The mixture is then let to rest for the layers of flavors to combine in the perfect way.

PREPARATION
All the ingredients are prepped in-house. The almonds are dry-roasted to the desired temperature, bringing out their most flavorful characteristics.

COMBINATION
Saturated with toasted almond flavor, the resulting liquid is delicately hand-blended along with a secret ratio of floral waters & organic cane sugar.

PRESENTATION
The final product is hand-labeled, inspected, & bottled for shipment.
